Integrity involves alignment between values, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions. Integrity is not so much about honesty as it is about truth.
Your truth.
“Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
W. Clement Stone
How would you measure your current state of courage to be who you are?
Transparency is freedom. Own your ideas, your opinions, your uncertainties, your intentions and your actions. Eliminate the mystery and spare the drama.

In your moments of alignment, when you are living in integrity, how do you know this? What does it feel like on a physical and energetic level? Describe your experience with integrity. Include the times when you know you have stepped out of integrity.
To live in integrity is to embrace your authenticity. Be real.
Are there times, circumstances, people where you find yourself out of integrity? Think about those situations where you have a tendency to “hide” and identify what parts of yourself or your experience that you are resisting.
“With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity, you will do the right thing, so you will have no guilt.” Zig Ziglar
Self-acceptance is the most powerful expression of self-love. Embrace all of who you are unconditionally.
Where in yourself does acceptance come easily? Where are you challenged?
